South San Luis Obispo County & Santa Barbara County

There are three Newspapers that all have Death Notices & Obits.
Because Arroyo Grande, Nipomo and Santa Maria share a common border [Santa Maria River] many folks get taken to the Hospital in Santa Maria. If they pass away there, the death information is in Santa Barbara County.

Genealogy Bank has the Times Press Recorder and the Santa Maria Times. [Note, The Adobe Press is no longer in publication]
This link will take you to lists for all three Newspapers.
The dates are at the top of each section.
