Photographs 1 - 3 were taken just east of the intersection of Highway 16 and E4 / Road 85. This is the site of the old Capay Langville School and the location where my relatives lived in the 1870's. |

From Highway 16 we went north on Route 85 / E4 and stopped at the West Adams Canal where it crosses the road in a north and easterly direction. The first picture is southwest toward the Capay Hills, the second was northeast toward the Dunnigan Hills which were barely visible and the last north west. |

Continuing north along 85 we stopped where the Hungry Hollow Canal crosses the road. The first picture was toward the southwest, then the northeast and finally west. It looked like there was recent flooding here.

We stopped at the intersection of 15B and 85. The first picture is northwest, the second is southwest and the last is northeast. |

| From the intersection of 15B and 85 we went west bound on 15B for about two miles until we were stopped by the Rancho Canada de Capay private road gate. My map says that if we had gone through the gate the road would continue through the Capay Hills to the Capay Valley. The first two of these pictures were to the northwest. The last to the southwest |
